We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing high-quality mental health services and developing treatment plans. Our accredited facilities offer a comprehensive range of services including mental health programs for adults, children, and families, case management, and more. Salary:
$90,000 to $100,000 a year plus full benefits

Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling and therapy sessions to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health services.
  • Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
  • Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
  • Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
  • Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active North Dakota state licensure as an LMFT.
  • Must have 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building therapeutic rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
