Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Join at Beryl Health Care Centers!

You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and shape effective treatment plans that truly support clients’ well-being.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and support their progress.
  • Lead group therapy sessions and develop programs for psychiatric patient rehabilitation.
  • Participate in continuity of care and discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and contribute to team-based treatment planning.
  • Facilitate advanced care planning to guide patients and families.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Current licensure as LMFT in the state.
  • Must have experience working with older adults.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
