We are seeking a talented and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to become an essential part of our dedicated team. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement therapeutic treatment plans for individuals and families.
• Monitor therapeutic outcomes and collaborate with team members to refine strategies.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to clients' needs.
• Participate in discharge planning and facilitate continuity of care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as LMFT in the state.

• Must have experience working with older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
