Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Be Part of Beryl Health Care Centers!

Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in the mental health and well-being of your community? Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement therapeutic programs that enhance patient outcomes, while enjoying a supportive and inclusive workplace that values your contributions.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy services using evidence-based approaches.
  • Monitor therapeutic progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals and improving overall well-being.
  • Facilitate advanced care planning discussions and contribute to patient discharge planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Current licensure as LMFT in the state.
  • Must have experience working with older adults.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
