Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Transform Lives with Beryl Health Care Centers!

We are seeking an empathetic and motivated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our compassionate team. In this role, you’ll use your skills and expertise to provide individualized care and develop effective treatment strategies. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Lead therapeutic groups and design treatment programs for psychiatric patients.
• Monitor patient outcomes and participate in collaborative care planning.
• Provide support for continuity of care and discharge planning.
• Facilitate advanced care planning and communicate effectively with families.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as LMFT in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
