Job Opening: Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
We are excited to announce an opening for a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our outpatient clinic! In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality clinical treatment and case management for children and adolescents with unique mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include individual, group, and family therapy, as well as rehabilitative services tailored to benefit each client.
Salary:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality clinical treatment and case management for children and adolescents with unique mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include individual, group, and family therapy, as well as rehabilitative services tailored to benefit each client.
Salary:
- $110,000 - $130,000 annually, along with benefits
- Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the need for services.
- Create treatment plans and goals based on client strengths and needs.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress towards treatment goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all assigned clients.
- Offer individual, family, and group counseling as needed.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current California state LMFT license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient environment.
- Physically and mentally capable of fulfilling job requirements.
- Flexibility to adjust to varying schedules according to operational needs.
