Join our team as a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in our outpatient clinic! You will play a crucial role in establishing and implementing high-quality clinical treatment and case management for children and adolescents with special mental health needs. Clinicians will provide individual, group, and family therapy, along with rehabilitative services and case management tailored to each client's needs.

Join our team as a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in our outpatient clinic! You will play a crucial role in establishing and implementing high-quality clinical treatment and case management for children and adolescents with special mental health needs. Clinicians will provide individual, group, and family therapy, along with rehabilitative services and case management tailored to each client's needs.
Salary:
- $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for assigned clients to determine service needs.
- Develop treatment plans and goals based on identified strengths and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress toward their treatment goals.
- Complete timely documentation and maintain thorough treatment records.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling based on client needs.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California state LMFT license.
- At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
- Physically and mentally fit to perform job duties.
