We are looking for a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in offering effective counseling, performing detailed assessments, crafting tailored treatment plans, and keeping thorough clinical records. Your contributions will significantly impact the future of mental health care in our community.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Perform various patient care and therapeutic activities.
- Create programs/groups for the treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
- Monitor outcomes as an integral part of the team.
- Participate in continuity of care and/or discharge planning and facilitate advance care planning.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis and identified needs.
- Document patient care activities in the electronic healthcare record following departmental policies.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current North Dakota state license as LMFT.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health.
- Proficiency in Integrative, Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
