We are searching for a Full-Time Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to join our dedicated team. We are searching for a Full-Time Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to join our dedicated team. As we continue to grow, our commitment to providing exceptional mental health services to the community remains strong. In this position, you will provide effective counseling, perform detailed assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and maintain thorough clinical records. Your contributions will be essential in shaping the future of mental health care in our community.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Perform various patient care and therapeutic activities.
- Create programs/groups for the treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
- Monitor outcomes as an integral part of the team.
- Participate in continuity of care and/or discharge planning and facilitate advance care planning.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis and identified needs.
- Document patient care activities in the electronic healthcare record following departmental policies.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Washington state license as LMFT.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
- Proficiency in Integrative, Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
