Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time Openings

Pathmaker Wellness Clinic is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to provide high-quality care to our clients. You’ll work in a supportive environment that values collaboration and continuous learning, helping clients overcome challenges and improve their emotional well-being.

Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Primary Duties:

• Conduct client assessments to understand their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services, including individual, couples, and family sessions.
• Document client progress and communicate treatment updates as necessary.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure effective outcomes for clients.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to support holistic care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Valid LMFT license in the state.
• Previous experience in outpatient or clinical settings preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
