Pathmaker Wellness Clinic is hiring full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality therapeutic services, helping individuals, couples, and families build stronger connections and enhance their emotional health.

Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform initial client assessments and diagnose mental health disorders.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions aimed at addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide integrated care.
• Document client progress and update treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current LMFT license in the state.
• Experience working with a range of client populations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
