We are seeking a qualified LMFT to join our professional team at Pathmaker Wellness Clinic. This role involves delivering therapeutic services that promote mental health and emotional stability for our diverse client base. We value providing high-quality care and evidence-based treatment, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to thrive.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical assessments and diagnose mental health conditions based on patient symptoms and needs.
• Design personalized treatment plans using therapeutic modalities aligned with best practices.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions as part of ongoing treatment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy..

• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team health record system.
