Position: Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with clients individually, as a family, or in group settings to address their unique needs and help them reach their therapy goals.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that consider each client’s strengths and areas of growth.
• Guide clients in coping with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns.
• Provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to foster growth and healing.
• Document client progress and collaborate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy..

• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team health record system.
