Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Salary$90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits

Your Role:

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds and current issues.
• Create individualized therapy plans that address clients’ specific mental health needs.
• Facilitate therapy sessions that provide coping strategies for stress, trauma, and relationship dynamics.
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of treatment plans and progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy..

• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team health record system.
