We are seeking to hire a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team that consists of compassionate professionals who collaborate to create effective treatment plans for our clients. SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Perform various patient care and therapeutic activities.
- Develop and implement treatment and rehabilitation programs/groups for psychiatric patients.
- Monitor patient outcomes collaboratively as a member of the treatment team.
- Engage in continuity of care and discharge planning; support advance care planning efforts.
- Create individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnoses and identified needs.
- Document patient care activities in the electronic healthcare record system in compliance with departmental policies.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapist from an accredited program.
- Active North Dakota state license as LMFT.
- Prior 2 years of experience in delivering mental health services.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
- Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills, enabling the therapist to build rapport with clients, navigate sensitive issues, and facilitate effective therapy sessions.
