Looking for a Full-Time Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
- Maintain accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
- Respond to clients in crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Regularly assess and document clients' progress towards their treatment goals and adjust plans as necessary.
- Consult and coordinate with family and/or support systems regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology.
- Active state license as an LMFT or equivalent.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
- Strong computer skills including word processing, email systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
- Ability to work independently, self-directed, and highly organized.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
