SALARY: $110,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete and evaluate mental health diagnostic assessments.
  • Create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
  • Assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Offer support, guidance, and advice to clients, empowering them to navigate challenges related to mental health and cultural identity.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Actively participate in supervision sessions to continually enhance cultural competence and improve client outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Current CA licensure as LMFT or equivalent.
  • Prior experience of a minimum of 3 years in providing mental health therapy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and professionals.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
