Salary Range:
- $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits
In This Role, You Will:
- Assess clients’ psychosocial needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation to track patient progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current North Dakota LMFT license.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in outpatient therapy.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
