Salary Range:
- $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits
Your Role:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
- Provide individual and group therapy, fostering a safe space for healing.
- Document client progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Active North Dakota LMFT license.
- At least 3 years of outpatient experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain clear clinical records.
- Strong understanding of mental health treatment modalities and best practices.
