Salary Range:

• $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, or group therapy to clients, ensuring a supportive atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and coordinate care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology.
• Active LMFT license in North Dakota.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and documentation.
