Full-time Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Salary:
We invite a Full-time Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide essential counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, helping them navigate a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include facilitating therapy sessions and ensuring timely and compliant documentation. In-person therapy will be vital for building trust and rapport with clients. Salary:
- $110,000 - $130,000 per year plus benefits
- Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
- Evaluate clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health through interviews, questionnaires, and psychological tests to develop treatment plans.
- Create individualized treatment plans based on assessments, client goals, and evidence-based practices.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health issues and promote emotional well-being.
- Regularly assess clients’ progress toward goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
- Provide immediate support and intervention for clients in crisis, including risk assessments for self-harm or harm to others.
- Work alongside other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and any changes in client status.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Must hold active California state license as LMFT.
- Must have 2 years of relevant clinical experience.

- Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy, to prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, read
