Full-time Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

We invite a Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our collaborative and supportive team. The ideal candidate will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on enhancing relational dynamics and emotional resilience. Responsibilities include developing treatment goals, facilitating effective communication strategies, and maintaining accurate documentation of sessions. By creating a safe and nurturing space, you will empower clients to address their challenges and strengthen their relationships.

Salary:
  • $110,000 - $130,000 per year plus benefits
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health through interviews, questionnaires, and psychological tests to develop treatment plans.
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on assessments, client goals, and evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health issues and promote emotional well-being.
  • Regularly assess clients’ progress toward goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
  • Provide immediate support and intervention for clients in crisis, including risk assessments for self-harm or harm to others.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and any changes in client status.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Must hold active California state license as LMFT.
  • Must have 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
  • Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy, to prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, read
