Full-time Remote Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Salary:
We are seeking a Full-time Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to join our innovative team. In this remote role, you will provide mental health counseling and support to clients via telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, facilitating virtual therapy sessions, and developing personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients navigate their emotional and behavioral challenges in a safe and supportive virtual environment.
Salary:
- $110,000 - $130,000 per year plus benefits
- Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
- Conduct thorough client assessments via video or phone, gathering relevant history and presenting issues.
- Create individualized treatment plans based on assessments, client goals, and evidence-based practices.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health issues and promote emotional well-being.
- Regularly assess clients’ progress toward goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
- Provide immediate support and intervention for clients in crisis, including risk assessments for self-harm or harm to others.
- Work alongside other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Must hold active California state license as LMFT.
- Must have 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
- Comfort with telehealth platforms, digital communication tools, and electronic health record systems.
