Exciting Opportunity Full-time Remote Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

We invite a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our flexible and forward-thinking team. In this remote position, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring they receive the support they need from the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities include delivering therapy sessions, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and developing treatment goals tailored to each client’s unique needs. Your role will be essential in promoting mental wellness and providing timely interventions in a virtual setting.

Salary:
  • $110,000 - $130,000 per year plus benefits
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough client assessments via video or phone, gathering relevant history and presenting issues.
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on assessments, client goals, and evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health issues and promote emotional well-being.
  • Regularly assess clients’ progress toward goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
  • Provide immediate support and intervention for clients in crisis, including risk assessments for self-harm or harm to others.
  • Work alongside other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Must hold active California state license as LMFT.
  • Must have 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
  • Willingness to adjust methods and approaches to fit the telehealth model.
