Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Offer therapeutic guidance to adults and children, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges and reach their full potential.
• Craft individualized treatment plans based on client goals, current struggles, and their unique mental health conditions.
• Provide regular therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand each client’s needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Partner with other professionals to ensure holistic, well-rounded care for your clients.
• Maintain clear and timely records to support clients’ progress and facilitate smooth insurance processes.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
