Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits

Your Impact:

• Provide counseling services for children and adults, addressing emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns with a compassionate touch.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and aspirations.
• Guide clients through their mental health journey, offering support, strategies, and encouragement along the way.
• Evaluate client situations and tailor your approach to meet their evolving needs.
• Keep accurate and timely notes to document client progress and support insurance billing.
• Work alongside other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive support system for clients.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
