Licensed Mental Health Therapist: Be a Source of Hope and Healing

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits

What You’ll Bring:

• Provide counseling services that help clients of all ages address emotional and mental health challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client feedback.
• Support clients in developing coping skills and finding solutions that enhance their emotional well-being.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to keep clients moving forward.
• Maintain clear and concise records to support clients’ therapy journey and streamline insurance billing.
• Work with other providers to ensure clients receive comprehensive care that covers all aspects of their health.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
