Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits

How You’ll Contribute:

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals of all ages, helping them address a variety of mental health concerns.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that are uniquely suited to each client’s needs and aspirations.
• Offer ongoing support to help clients build resilience and achieve their mental health goals.
• Conduct assessments to identify key issues and inform the development of effective treatment strategies.
• Keep detailed records to track client progress and coordinate with insurance billing requirements.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure clients receive well-rounded, quality care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
