Licensed Mental Health Therapist: Join a Practice That Puts Clients First

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits

Your Role:

• Provide counseling services to adults and children, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions.
• Work closely with clients to create treatment plans that reflect their personal goals and mental health needs.
• Use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help clients build coping strategies and overcome challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify the root of client concerns and provide targeted support.
• Document therapy sessions and progress notes promptly to support seamless care and billing.
• Engage with other healthcare professionals to offer a holistic, integrated approach to each client’s care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
