SALARY: $90,000 - $115,000 per year and benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, ensuring each client receives personalized care.
• Assess clients’ needs and create individualized treatment plans that support their mental health goals.
• Use a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Solution-Focused Therapy or Family Systems Therapy, to address clients’ unique challenges.
• Work closely with other mental health professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to care.
• Maintain detailed records of all therapy sessions and treatment plans to monitor progress and support effective outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
