SALARY:
- $110,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
- Utilize evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans and interventions.
- Participate in weekly one-on-one case consultations, team meetings, peer huddles, and ongoing professional development programs, fostering collaboration with fellow therapists.
- Complete clinical notes and documentation promptly to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain a strong understanding of ethical guidelines and best practices in mental health therapy.
- Stay updated on the latest research and trends in mental health to enhance therapeutic techniques and client outcomes.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid California License as LMFT.
- At least 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.
- Commitment to cultural competency and sensitivity in providing care to diverse populations.
- Knowledge of local mental health regulations and available community resources.
