SALARY:
- $110,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients to identify mental health issues, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Offer individual, group, or family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients manage and overcome mental health challenges.
- Regularly assess and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care and positive outcomes.
- Provide education on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and resources to clients and their families to promote understanding and support.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Active California License as LMFT.
- At least 2 years of experience delivering psychotherapy services.
- Ability to work independently with a strong interest in collaboration and learning
- Ability to assess and manage crisis situations with appropriate interventions to ensure client safety.
- Understanding and respect for diverse backgrounds and cultures, with the ability to provide culturally sensitive care.
