We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, confidential therapy services and crisis intervention, addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. This role emphasizes psychological safety, trauma-informed care, and a commitment to professionalism and confidentiality. The therapist will be available during and beyond regular business hours to support clients and offer consultative services to management, including organizational analysis.

Salary:
$110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor outcomes.
• Inspire hope and educate clients on the nature of addiction as a treatable mental health condition.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnoses, client needs, and therapeutic goals.
• Complete all required documentation, reports, and client records promptly.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT licensure in the state.
• Up to 3 years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in conducting individual and family therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and patient assessments.
• Skilled in various therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Comfortable using technology to improve therapy outcomes.
