Clarity Healthcare, LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, confidential therapy services and crisis intervention, addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. This role prioritizes psychological safety, trauma-informed care, and a strong commitment to professionalism. The LMFT will also offer consultative services to management, including organizational analysis, and be available to clients both during and beyond regular business hours.

Salary:
$110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor outcomes and track client progress.
• Educate clients about addiction as a treatable mental health condition and inspire hope in their recovery journey.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnoses, client needs, and therapeutic goals.
• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation and client records.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT licensure in the state.
• Up to 3 years of experience in the field.
• Proficient in conducting individual and family therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and patient assessments.
• Skilled in diverse therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Comfortable with technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
