Clarity Healthcare, LLC is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team. As part of our organization, you will provide compassionate, client-centered therapy services and play a crucial role in addressing emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. We are looking for someone who prioritizes psychological safety, practices trauma-informed care, and demonstrates a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This role also involves offering consultative support to management through organizational analysis and being available for client needs beyond regular business hours.

Salary:
$110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Perform thorough evaluations and assessments to create accurate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor therapy outcomes and client progress.
• Inspire hope and educate clients on addiction, emphasizing its treatment as a mental health condition.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with psychiatric diagnoses, client needs, and therapeutic goals.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and reports, in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in crisis intervention services and provide appropriate referrals and follow-up care as necessary.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in marriage and family therapy.
• Assist management by providing consultative input on organizational analysis, enhancing the overall effectiveness of therapeutic interventions within the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active LMFT licensure in the state of practice.
• Up to 3 years of experience working as an LMFT, with a proven track record of successful therapy outcomes.
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
• Experience in medical settings or familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessments, and collaborative treatment planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused and empathetic approach.
• Competency in using technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance therapeutic services and streamline processes.
