Position Overview: In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will help clients address their emotional challenges and improve their relationships. You’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, design personalized treatment plans, and lead therapy sessions that encourage growth and understanding.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to clients’ needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ goals and challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies to support clients in their journeys.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide holistic care to clients.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Valid LMFT license in the state.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, along with effective communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
