Position Overview: As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide critical support to clients facing emotional and relational difficulties. Your role will include conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and facilitating therapy sessions that promote healing and growth.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on emotional health and relationship dynamics.
• Perform thorough evaluations to gain insight into clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based practices to help clients address challenges effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure clients receive holistic support and care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Valid LMFT license in the state.
• Experience working with various populations, including older adults.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
