Join Our Team as a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
We are looking for a passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our mental health team. You will provide therapeutic services to individuals facing mental health issues, employing a variety of effective modalities tailored to each patient. As an integral member of our interdisciplinary team, you will offer compassionate care and encourage patients to embrace holistic approaches to their mental well-being.
SCHEDULE:
We are looking for a passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our mental health team. You will provide therapeutic services to individuals facing mental health issues, employing a variety of effective modalities tailored to each patient. As an integral member of our interdisciplinary team, you will offer compassionate care and encourage patients to embrace holistic approaches to their mental well-being.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
- $110,000 to $130,000 a year with benefits
- Understand your patient's problems, decide on a course of treatment and help them cope.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Understand the theoretical framework of your treatment method and use it to analyze specific situations.
- Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy
- Provide crisis intervention and management as needed
- Stay informed on the latest developments in the field
- Be willing to grow and learn the most effective methods of treatment.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapist from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as LMFT.
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in mental health assessment
- Must communicate clearly and effectively in both a written and verbal format.
- Deep empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Thorough knowledge of ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
