Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our compassionate private practice, dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic services. In this role, you will work with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, helping them navigate their relationships and improve their emotional well-being. You will also contribute to the development of educational resources that promote awareness and understanding of mental health issues. Active participation in team meetings will allow you to share insights and collaborate on client progress. Our ideal candidate is committed to fostering a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment.

SALARY:
  • $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Provide Counseling to adults and children
  • Work directly with individuals providing psychotherapy.
  • Provide ongoing treatment plans
  • Assess client situations for delivery of services
  • Maintain records with documentation of therapy sessions
  • Maintain adequate notes in a timely manner for insurance billing
  • Collaborate with treatment providers as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapist from an accredited program.
  • Active North Dakota state license as LMFT.
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience with mental health counseling
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
  • Wiliness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, licensing requirements within the filed to work independently as part of the team.
