Looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with Compassion

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.

Your Role:

  • Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions that inspire personal growth and healing.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each client’s unique needs and strengths.
  • Craft personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' goals and circumstances.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated and compassionate care.
  • Provide support and reassurance during challenging moments, ensuring clients feel understood.
  • Stay informed on the latest mental health research and best practices to enhance your approach.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
