LMFTs (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists): Foster Change and Strengthen Resilience!

Position Overview: You will assist clients in resolving emotional issues and enhancing their relationships in your capacity as a therapist. You'll lead growth- and understanding-promoting therapy sessions, create individualized treatment plans, and carry out thorough assessments.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to clients’ needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ goals and challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies to support clients in their journeys.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide holistic care to clients.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Valid LMFT license in the state.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, along with effective communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
