SALARY:
- $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
- Evaluate clients’ emotional, psychological, and relational health to develop effective treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address various issues such as communication, conflict resolution, and relationship dynamics.
- Create personalized therapy goals and strategies based on clients’ needs and progress.
- Encourage open dialogue among family members or couples to enhance understanding and reduce conflict.
- Provide resources and tools to clients for coping with stress, improving communication, and enhancing relationships.
- Keep up-to-date with developments in the field through continuous education and training.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapists from an accredited program.
- Active North Dakota state License as LMFT.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families
- Ability to assess and manage crisis situations with appropriate interventions to ensure client safety.
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and document therapy sessions.
