Seeking a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

As an LMFT, you’ll walk alongside clients, reminding them that they are supported and never alone in their struggles. Your role will be crucial in helping them process their experiences and release what holds them back from living fully.

SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, providing a safe space for clients to express themselves and work through challenges.
• Evaluate each client’s specific needs, identify treatment goals, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Solution-Focused Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, to help clients achieve their goals.
• Work closely with other mental health professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care.
• Ensure all client interactions and treatment plans are documented accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
