Join Our Team as a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

By fostering a non-judgmental space, you’ll enable them to release what no longer serves them and move forward with confidence.

SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, providing a safe space for clients to express themselves and work through challenges.
  • Evaluate each client’s specific needs, identify treatment goals, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Solution-Focused Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Work closely with other mental health professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care.
  • Ensure all client interactions and treatment plans are documented accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Must have experience working with older adults
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
