Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed

We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to help them build a better relationship with themselves and those they love. You will provide a safe space for exploration and healing, allowing clients to process their emotions and gain insights into their lives. Your support will remind them that they’re not alone, and together, you’ll navigate their journey toward growth and fulfillment.

SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, fostering an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and heard.
• Assess clients’ unique needs and develop customized treatment plans that align with their personal goals.
• Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Family Systems Therapy, to support clients in overcoming barriers.
• Partner with a team of skilled therapists and counselors to offer comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.
• Keep accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to ensure seamless and effective care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
