Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
We are seeking a dedicated LMFT to provide comprehensive mental health care, including crisis intervention and trauma-informed support for individuals and families. The ideal candidate will deliver care in a compassionate, confidential manner, and be flexible with availability beyond typical office hours. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to consult with management on organizational needs.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000/year with full benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor client progress.
- Educate clients on mental health, emphasizing recovery from addiction as a medical condition.
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Active LMFT licensure.
- Up to 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in therapeutic modalities and patient assessments.
