Looking for Full Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
We seek a skilled LMFT to provide holistic mental health care, encompassing crisis intervention and trauma-sensitive support for individuals and families. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering services with empathy and confidentiality, while being adaptable to work outside traditional office hours. The role also involves effective communication and consulting with management to address organizational needs.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000/year with full benefits.Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor client progress.
- Educate clients on mental health, emphasizing recovery from addiction as a medical condition.
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Active LMFT licensure.
- Up to 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
