At our private practice, we are seeking to hire a Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In this position, you will offer in-person sessions, helping clients navigate their mental health challenges with empathy and expertise. In this position, you will offer in-person sessions, helping clients navigate their mental health challenges with empathy and expertise. You will collaborate with individuals and families, creating tailored approaches to meet their diverse needs. Our well-established private practice is dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services in an environment that encourages personal growth and healing for all our clients.
Salary:
- $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
- Assist clients in receiving services
- Engage clients in beneficial activities to promote their well-being.
- Assess clients and gather relevant information to inform support plans.
- Provide information and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Contact and make referrals to other agencies and services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on client interactions and progress.
- Participate in training, supervision, and meetings to enhance service delivery.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as LMFT.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in providing mental health counseling.
- Ability to develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation
