We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to enhance our team. In this role, you will provide in-person therapy sessions aimed at helping clients tackle their mental health concerns. You'll work closely with individuals, couples, and families, designing personalized treatment plans that meet their specific needs. Salary:
- $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
- Assist clients in receiving services
- Engage clients in beneficial activities to promote their well-being.
- Assess clients and gather relevant information to inform support plans.
- Provide information and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Contact and make referrals to other agencies and services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on client interactions and progress.
- Participate in training, supervision, and meetings to enhance service delivery.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as LMFT.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in providing mental health counseling.
- Ability to develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation
