Salary:
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for individuals and families.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
- Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining timely clinical documentation.
- Facilitate crisis interventions and provide support during critical situations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Washington state license as LMFT.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in clinical settings, preferably with diverse populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
